The Committee for the Protection of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities employs both permanent and staff on a renewable contract basis. The permanent staff comprises of one supervisor (A11+2 scale), two officers (A8-10-11 scale) and three administrative assistants (A2-5-7 scale). The personnel also consist of three early intervention workers (A5 scale- two with contracts of indefinite duration, one on contract based). Two indefinite contract-based staff members are serving in the designated administrative assistant permanent positions.

The hiring process and by extension the selection of the candidates is undertaken by the Committee for the Protection of People with Intellectual Disabilities.
